Buddha was not part of a myth. He did not come down from the heavens to tell someone a message and then float mystically back up again. He did not appear with instructions in someone’s food, nor did he make a set of rules for other people to follow. He was simply a human being who reached Nirvana through transcending bad karma and extingusihing the fires of greed, delusion, and hatred.
